1. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most global destinations via either Standard or Express Shipping. However, please note the following regional restrictions:

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

  • Restricted Regions: Generally includes Africa, regions where ordering is not possible or shipping costs are high.

  • Express-Only Regions: Certain destinations—including but not limited to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka—require Express Shipping exclusively.

  • If you are unsure whether Standard Shipping is available to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Who is responsible for import taxes and customs duties?

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, local taxes, customs clearances, or administrative processing fees levied by the destination country. We may through charge shipping on orders to cover your taxes and duties, indirectly providing a DDP service for a hassle-free delivery.

  • DDP Options: For a limited number of countries, our Standard Shipping  may offer a tax-inclusive/DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option. Any such availability and applicable fees will be explicitly detailed at checkout.

  • Abandoned/Refused Packages: If a recipient refuses to pay local taxes or customs fees, causing the courier to return or destroy the package, no refund will be issued. For returns not related to product quality, upon approval, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip freight charges and handling fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. What happens if my parcel is shipped but undelivered or lost?

  • Local Action: If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking status is updating normally, we recommend waiting a few more days or contacting us for assistance.If you still have not received your order 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact your local courier first using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.   • Lost in Transit Policy: If a package has been stuck in transit for more than 1 months (60 days in Latin American countries such as Brazil and Chile), it may be deemed lost.   • Recipient-Caused Failure: The customer will bear all consequences, fees, or total loss if a delivery fails due to:

Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

For wrong items, Thksyo will decide whether the incorrect item needs to be returned.

7. Warranty Policy

Thksyo provides limited warranty coverage for eligible products.

Warranty Period

  • Easily damaged, fragile, or low-value items, such as case covers and bath accessories: 30-day quality guarantee

  • Eligible durable electronic products: up to 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase

  • Accessories, giveaways, free gifts, reward items, and promotional items: not covered by warranty

The warranty applies only to factory defects that affect the normal function of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized repair

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

  • Damage caused by water, impact, improper charging, improper storage, or external factors

  • Accessories, giveaways, free gifts, or promotional items

Please note that local taxes, import duties, customs fees, and processing fees are not covered by Thksyo.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within approximately 2–3 business days.

If the return is approved, your refund will usually be processed within approximately 5 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

For quality-related returns, we will refund the eligible product amount and applicable shipping costs where required.

For non-quality returns, only the product amount will be refunded. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

For confirmed quality issues, wrong items, or defective products reported within 30 days, Thksyo may cover the return or replacement shipping cost, depending on the situation.

For returns not caused by product quality issues or our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Only one free local return may be provided per order where applicable. If an order contains multiple items and the customer chooses to return them separately, only the first eligible return may be free. Additional separate returns may require the buyer to pay the shipping cost.

11. Extended Return Service

If available, customers may purchase our Extended Return Service before payment to extend the return period to 60 days.

This service only applies to eligible products and does not override the restrictions on customized, personalized, used, damaged, or non-resalable items.
