1. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most global destinations via either Standard or Express Shipping. However, please note the following regional restrictions:

• PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

• Restricted Regions: Generally includes Africa, regions where ordering is not possible or shipping costs are high.

• Express-Only Regions: Certain destinations—including but not limited to Africa, Argentina, Hawaii, Kuwait, Mauritius, Montenegro, and Sri Lanka—require Express Shipping exclusively.

• If you are unsure whether Standard Shipping is available to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Who is responsible for import taxes and customs duties?

• Customer Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, local taxes, customs clearances, or administrative processing fees levied by the destination country. We may through charge shipping on orders to cover your taxes and duties, indirectly providing a DDP service for a hassle-free delivery.

• DDP Options: For a limited number of countries, our Standard Shipping  may offer a tax-inclusive/DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) option. Any such availability and applicable fees will be explicitly detailed at checkout.

3. What happens if my parcel is shipped but undelivered or lost?

• Local Action: If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking status is updating normally, we recommend waiting a few more days or contacting us for assistance.If you still have not received your order 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact your local courier first using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the issue is still not resolved, please feel free to contact us.

• Lost in Transit Policy: If a package has been stuck in transit for more than 1 months (60 days in Latin American countries such as Brazil and Chile), it may be deemed lost. We will give you a full refund or resend the order. For high-value orders, we strongly encourage upgrading to DHL Express Shipping for maximum security.

• Recipient-Caused Failure: The customer will bear all consequences, fees, or total loss if a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses/phone numbers.

  • Failure to respond to courier contact or refusing to sign for the package.

  • Opting for "no-signature delivery," resulting in lost or stolen packages.

  • Refusal to provide necessary supporting documents for customs clearance.

4. Can I combine multiple orders?

If you place multiple orders using the same account and shipping address within a short timeframe, our system will automatically combine them into a single shipment under one tracking number. If you prefer to have your orders shipped separately, please contact our team via our Email or Discord immediately after purchasing.

30-Day Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

1. Free Return/Exchange & Full Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a free return, replacement, exchange or get a refund, if your item has one of the following issues:

• The color, style, pattern, or specifications are clearly incorrect

2. Customized & Personalized Items Return Requests

Customized or personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, once shipped, they are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a quality issue, production error, or the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your customized item has a confirmed quality issue, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Quality 30-Day Return Requests

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, For new, unused, unopened, and non-customized items that do not affect resale, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

For non-quality (Unused) return requests:

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

• The item must be returned to our designated return address

• The item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund

• Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a quality issue or our error

4. Refund for Abandoned/Refused Packages

For Shipped and Returned: products returned by customers due to insufficient address, incorrect address, undeliverable address, unable to contact the customer, etc., If the customer needs a refund, we may be charged a 5% process fee and shipping costs.

For Abandoned/Refused Packages: If a recipient refuses to pay local taxes or customs fees, causing the courier to return or destroy the package, no refund will be issued. 

5. Cancellation for unshipped orders:

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund as long as the order has not been shipped.

For missing item claims, an unpacking video may be required to help us verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

For wrong items, Thksyo will decide whether the incorrect item needs to be returned.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within approximately 2–3 business days.

If the return is approved, your refund will usually be processed within approximately 5 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

For quality-related returns, we will refund the eligible product amount and applicable shipping costs where required.

For non-quality returns, only the product amount will be refunded. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Return Shipping

For confirmed quality issues, wrong items, or defective products reported within 30 days, Thksyo cover the return or replacement shipping cost, depending on the situation.

For returns not caused by product quality issues or our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Extended Return Service

If available, customers may purchase our Extended Return Service before payment to extend the return period to 60 days.

This service only applies to eligible products and does not override the restrictions on customized, personalized, used, damaged, or non-resalable items.

10. Lowest Price & Refund Guarantee

If you find that the product you ordered is available at a lower price on our store or another eligible competitor site shortly after your purchase, please contact us before canceling your order.

After verification, we may offer a special discount or refund the price difference, where applicable, to help ensure you receive the best possible price.

This guarantee does not apply to flash sales, clearance sales, limited-time coupons, used items, unauthorized sellers, pricing errors, or bundled promotional offers.

Thksyo provides limited warranty coverage for eligible products.

Warranty Period

• Easily damaged, fragile, or low-value items, such as case covers and bath accessories: 30-day quality guarantee

• Eligible durable electronic products: up to 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase

• Accessories, giveaways, free gifts, reward items, and promotional items: not covered by warranty

The warranty applies only to factory defects that affect the normal function of the product.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized repair

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
