2. Who is responsible for import taxes and customs duties?

  • Abandoned/Refused Packages: If a recipient refuses to pay local taxes or customs fees, causing the courier to return or destroy the package, no refund will be issued. 3. What happens if my parcel is shipped but undelivered or lost?

Warranty Period

  • Easily damaged, fragile, or low-value items, such as case covers and bath accessories: 30-day quality guarantee

  • Eligible durable electronic products: up to 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase

  • Accessories, giveaways, free gifts, reward items, and promotional items: not covered by warranty

The warranty applies only to factory defects that affect the normal function of the product.

The warranty does not cover:
